Adventures in Acadia

Maine has been the location of many great memories for me throughout my life, especially the many road trips with friends to concerts.  Until recently, I had never had the opportunity to visit Acadia National Park. 

My wife and I rented a water front house with family and spent time exploring the park, climbing mountains and enjoying the the town of Bar Harbor.  The island is a place of awe inspiring beauty in nature and allows plenty of time for peaceful reflection. 

From capturing the sunrise on my birthday at the top of Cadillac Mountain to seeing the ocean water breaking on the coastline, and witnessing the full moon rise over Cadillac and Sergeant Mountains from our quiet backyard while sitting around the fire are a few of my favorite memories. The beauty of Maine continues to captivate me and my camera, I look forward to my next trip there.
